Best Movies About Older Women Recommendation

Movies About Older Women – Are you a movie watcher? Do you enjoy seeing films with strong, self-assured older women in the lead roles? I really enjoy seeing films that defy the stereotype of older ladies. Movies that offer elder ladies the front seat.

Hollywood and the film business used to automatically reject women beyond the age of sixty. Casting directors and producers appeared to believe that older ladies added nothing to a film and hence hired younger actors in parts meant for elderly women.

I’m delighted that circumstances have changed and that women over 60 and 70 are rewriting the history of both themselves and women in general. As self-assured women become the stars of TV shows and films, we are becoming more and more heard and seen.

Here are some of my favorite films featuring over-60 strong, fashionable, and self-assured women.
