This film tells about a group of Humarise led by Flect Turn, who wants to prove the theory of the end of time where no one uses Quirk anymore.
He felt desperate and wanted to save humanity by erasing the quirk, so he decided to make a bomb trigger. The bomb released and emits green smoke in Otheon everyone feels suffocated and turns into mutants, some people who are not affected by the trigger of the bomb are considered to have survived the quirk curse.
Flect plans to deploy bomb triggers throughout Europe and America. This the European heroes’ association working with All Might to stop the bomb triggers from being spread from Europe to America. Finally, the Japanese hero team divided the team throughout Europe and America. Deku, Todoroki, and Bakugo, who joined the Endeavour team, joined Otheon.
In Otheon there is Roddy with his two younger siblings and Pino, a sparrow who works odd jobs for an uncle who works as a bartender.
