Dino Brewster (Dominic Cooper) offers Tobey to repair the Ford Mustang GT500 designed by Carol Shelby, a mysterious racer. If Tobey repairs and the car is sold, Brewster will split the proceeds. Tobey did not waste this opportunity. He repaired the car with his colleagues in the repair shop. When finished, Brewster did not keep his word. He doesn’t give Tobey the rightful share, so conflict arises between Tobey and Brewster.

The feud continues with a wild race which also involves Pete (Harrison Gilbertson), Tobey’s friend. During the race, there was an accident that killed Pete. Brewster escapes and leaves Tobey in prison for Pete’s death. After two years in prison, Tobey is released on parole.
