Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny or Indiana Jones 5 is the end of Harrison Ford’s journey as an archaeologist in this film series. The actor’s cool actions can already seen in the nearest cinema. Directed by James Mangold, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is a sequel to Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull which was released in 2008.
As well as Harrison Ford, John Rhys-Davies and Karen Allen also reprise their roles as Sallah and Marion Ravenwood, respectively. Synopsis Indiana Jones 5
During World War II, Indiana Jones attempted to recover artifacts stolen by the Nazis. Not alone, he is assisted by his best friend, Basil Shaw.
However, all of the artifacts found were apparently fake, except for the Archimedes Plate which was a time traveling device. Indiana was desperate to reclaim the plate so it would not fall into the hands of a Nazi researcher named Jurgen Voller.
Twenty-five years later, Indiana Jones met Jorgen Voller again. The former Nazi became a member of NASA who assigned the mission to send humans to the Moon. Voller is still after the Archimedes Plate and uses it to fix the past for a better future. On the other hand, Indiana Jones’ goddaughter Helena Shaw tries to snatch the plates from him to sell on the black market.
Instead of enjoying his retirement as a lecturer, Indiana Jones forced to go back on an adventure to stop Voller and Helene from misusing the Archimedes Plate.

As mentioned above, Harrison Ford returns to play Henry Jones Jr. or Indiana Jones for the last time in this film. Toby Jones still plays Basil Shaw, as well as John Rhys-Davies as Sallah. Indiana Jones 5 also stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Helena Shaw, Mads Mikkelsen as Jurgen Voller, Antonio Banderas as Renaldo, Boyd Holbrook as Klaber, Shaunette Renée Wilson as Mason and many more.
Reasons to Watch Indiana Jones 5
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny received mediocre reviews from film critics. But for fans of the Indiana Jones series, Harrison Ford’s last act as a brave archaeologist is definitely not to missed.
