More than Blue is a romantic drama film from Korea, starring Lee Bo-Young who plays Cream and Kwon Sang-Woo who plays Kay, telling the story of the two of them meeting and Kay falling in love with Cream at first sight but never expressing it. However, their closeness only lasted for a very short time because Kay apparently suffered from cancer.

Even though he was in the “friendzone” position, Kay, who was aware of his short time and the great love he had for Cream, took the initiative to find a replacement for Cream.
